Free Proxy Sites: Web Proxies Checked Every Hour
A proxy site (web proxy) opens another website through its own server: you paste the address into a form and browse the page in the same tab, without installing anything. Below are free proxy sites we check every hour – which of them respond right now and how stable they were over the past week.
Responding now: 10 of 11. Last check: 2026-11-02 13:42 UTC.

The status means that the site responds to our server in Europe. It does not guarantee that a particular website opens through the proxy, and in your country a proxy site may be blocked. Uptime is the share of successful hourly checks over the last 7 days.
Proxy site, proxy server or VPN?
Proxy site
Enough to open one blocked page or hide your IP from a single website. Works in a browser tab, nothing to install. Not suitable for logins, payments, apps or streaming.
Proxy server
Set it up once in a browser, the system or an app, and all traffic of that program goes through another IP. Choose the country and protocol: HTTP, HTTPS, SOCKS4 or SOCKS5.
Free proxy list →VPN
Encrypts all traffic of the device and works for apps, games and streaming. Our list has free VPN servers with ready-to-use usernames and passwords.
Free VPN servers →Frequently asked questions
What is a proxy site?
A proxy site, or web proxy, is a web page that loads other websites for you. You enter a URL, the proxy server requests the page and shows it to you, so the website sees the IP address of the proxy instead of yours.
Are free proxy sites safe?
They are fine for reading news or opening a blocked page, but the owner of a proxy site can see everything you send through it. Do not enter passwords, bank card details or personal data on pages opened through a web proxy.
Why does a proxy site not open some websites?
Large websites block known proxy IP addresses, and complex pages with video, sign-in or payments often break when a web proxy rewrites them. If a website does not open, try another service from the table or use a proxy server or VPN.
What is the difference between a proxy site and a proxy server?
A proxy site works only inside its own web page. A proxy server is set up in a browser or an app and handles all of its traffic. Proxy servers from our free list work with any program that supports HTTP or SOCKS proxies.
How do you check proxy sites?
Every hour our server requests the page of each service. If the site answers or shows a browser check, it is marked as online. If it does not respond, returns an error or redirects to another domain, it is marked as not responding.
How to use a proxy site
- Pick a service marked as online in the table and open it.
- Paste the address of the website you need into the form on its main page.
- If the service lets you choose a server, pick a country – the website will see an IP address from that country.
- Browse in the same tab. To open another website, go back to the proxy page or type a new address.
Why proxy sites stop working
Free web proxies live on advertising and limited budgets: services close, change domains or get blocked by providers and governments. That is why we check them every hour instead of publishing a list once. If you need a stable connection for an app, a game or a browser as a whole, use a free proxy server or a free VPN server – our lists are updated every few minutes.
